Rebuilt title: two words that scare people away from saving $25,000.
That’s exactly why we want to explain it. Because once you understand what a rebuilt title actually means, the only question you’ll have is why you didn’t call us sooner.
Florida state-inspected and certified roadworthy
Full repair history disclosed upfront
Same reliability, significantly lower price
What Is a Rebuilt Title?
Let’s clear this up, because a lot of people use these two terms like they mean the same thing. They don’t.
A salvage title means an insurance company paid out a claim on a vehicle and it hasn’t been repaired or inspected yet. That’s it. The car is unrepaired, unverified, and not road-legal.
A rebuilt title means the vehicle was repaired, put through a state inspection, passed, and certified roadworthy. The “rebuilt” brand on the title is simply a disclosure of that history. The car is legal, registered, and drives like any other vehicle on the road.
We don’t sell salvage title vehicles. Every van on our lot is either rebuilt title or clean title. When you buy from us, the state of Florida has already signed off on the vehicle before you ever see it.
The only used cars in Florida that are state-inspected
“Only rebuilt title vehicles are required to pass a state roadworthiness inspection in Florida. Clean title cars are not. That means the car you buy from us has been checked by the state. The one at a typical dealership hasn’t.” — Mobility Florida
Every vehicle we sell passes the DHSMV salvage inspection before it reaches our lot.
Why Rebuilt Title Is Actually an Advantage
Every dealer does bodywork. We just tell you.
Most used cars have had body repairs. The difference is most dealers don’t disclose it. We do, so you pay less.
Our cars are the only ones the state actually inspects.
Clean title cars in Florida are never tested for roadworthiness before they’re sold. Ours are. Every van passes a DHSMV inspection before it reaches our lot.
You pay less for the same reliability.
The “rebuilt” brand is a disclosure of history, not current condition. Once a vehicle passes inspection, it drives like any other car on the road. The price gap is yours to keep.
We hand-pick every vehicle.
Most salvage cars aren’t worth buying. We look specifically for lightly damaged or undamaged vehicles — and pass on everything else. We do the filtering so you don’t have to.

“Some may be concerned about buying a rebuilt vehicle. Most of the time it will be not only safe to buy one, but especially for a handicap vehicle you will save huge money. We saved between $25,000-$30,000.”
How We Pick Our Cars
We don’t buy every salvage vehicle that comes across our desk. Not even close.
We look for cars that were either lightly damaged or not damaged at all — recovered theft vehicles, or cars where the insurance company wrote them off simply because of their age or low value, not because they were wrecked.
Most salvage cars aren’t worth buying. We’re picky so you don’t have to be.

Common Questions About Cars with Rebuilt Titles
What's the difference between a salvage title and a rebuilt title?
Is a rebuilt title safe?
Will it register and transfer like a normal car?
Can I get insurance on it?
Yes, and here’s the part worth keeping in mind: even if your premium runs a little higher than it would on a clean title vehicle, you’re still coming out way ahead.
Most major insurers cover rebuilt title vehicles, including State Farm, Geico, Progressive, and Kemper for full coverage. Some others may limit you to liability only — so it’s worth a quick call to your insurer before you buy.
The math still works strongly in your favor. You’re saving $20,000–$30,000 on the purchase. Even if insurance costs an extra $200–$400 a year, you’d need decades to close that gap. The savings are real and they’re immediate. The insurance difference, if there is one, is small and manageable.
