But by the time you put down a dollar, you’ll have seen the van on a live video call, asked every question you have, and spoken to the same person who will hand you the keys or arrange the delivery. This process is more deliberate than most in-person purchases. And that’s the point.

From First Call to Keys in Hand

Every remote purchase follows the same four steps. Nothing moves faster than you’re comfortable with.

Step 1. You call or text us.

(813) 212-9612. A real person picks up. We’ll ask about the person who’ll be riding in the van before we talk inventory. What’s their situation, what do they need to be comfortable, what’s the setup at home. That conversation tells us which vans on the lot are actually worth your time.

Step 2. We do a live video walkthrough.

We walk you through the van on video — inside, outside, ramp or lift in operation, floors, any wear worth noting. You can ask us to show you anything. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is hidden.

Step 3. You put down a deposit.

Take your time, ask your questions. When you’re ready, a deposit holds the van so no one else can buy it while you work through the details. We’ll tell you the exact amount upfront and what happens to it if something changes.

Step 4. We finalize payment and deliver.

We handle the paperwork. You complete the payment by wire transfer. Then you choose: delivery to your door, or fly in and drive it home. We’ve delivered to West Virginia, Texas, and Puerto Rico. We’ve picked buyers up from Tampa International. Both happen all the time.

What if the van isn’t what I expected when it arrives?

How do I know the wire transfer is safe?
We give you the wire instructions in writing, tell you the exact amount, and confirm receipt before anything else moves. We’ve completed wire transfers with buyers across the country without issue. If you have questions before you initiate, ask us.
Does a rebuilt title complicate registration in my state?

In most states, no. A rebuilt title registers like a clean title; you disclose the history as part of the normal process. A small number of states have specific steps, so a quick check with your local DMV before you buy is worth it. We’ll tell you exactly what Florida paperwork you’ll receive.

Can I get insurance on a rebuilt title van?
Yes. Based on our customers’ experience, most major insurers offer coverage on rebuilt title vehicles, including full coverage options. Some may limit to liability only, and a small number won’t cover rebuilt titles at all. So it’s worth a quick call to your insurer before you buy. Even if there’s a small premium difference, you’re still coming out significantly ahead on the purchase price.
